We at InnerVision PC have a tremendous amount of pride in our systems. We use only the highest quality, NAME BRAND components. Each and every System is tested thoroughly before it is shipped. During the setup process, we test each and every component of the system, and make sure that all pre-loaded software is properly configured and patched. We make sure that every InnerVision PC Computer that leaves our shop is problem-free and extremely reliable. However, there are times when problems can arise after the machine has been delivered. That is why InnerVision PC provides a:
LIMITED WARRANTY ON PARTS, LABOR & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
This warranty applies to ALL InnerVision PC computers, including all optional hardware components that were installed by InnerVision PC prior to initial machine delivery. For one full year from the date of purchase, InnerVision PC will at its option, repair or replace any defective components that were purchased under this warranty agreement free of charge. In the event that a component is determined to be defective, InnerVision PC will at the customer's option, either ship out replacement parts to the customer, or request that the system be sent to our location for repair. InnerVision PC will accept responsibility for all shipping charges incurred in sending a system to us for repair, or returning a defective component during the warranty period Under determination that InnerVision PC components or systems parts were at fault.
Users can make certain modifications or add certain components to their PC’s without voiding any warranties. InnerVision PC however, will not cover, under the original warranty, the additional hardware added to the system and/or any problems that might occur do to the added hardware. If the system is shipped back to us for repair and the problem is do to added hardware or software the shipping charges will not be covered by InnerVision PC.
If a customer wishes to upgrade his/her InnerVision PC, there are several different options available. InnerVision PC offers different ways to upgrade your system regardless of whether or not your system is still under the factory warranty. If you wish to upgrade your system, please call the InnerVision PC's Sales Department at the number listed below.
