*2 - On-site service provided by an Innervision PC-certified technician and will be dispatched if necessary following phone-based troubleshooting, often the next business day. Availability varies. Other conditions apply.
*3 - Service provides for basic system set up, installation of up to two peripherals, set up of Internet service and email and system overview by a trained technician.
*4 - Service provides for basic system set up, data migration and installation of up to three peripherals, set up of Internet service and email and system basic overview, by a trained technician. Does not cover repair services.
*5 - Service provided by trained technician and includes installation of single wireless router and single wireless ready computer system (sold separately). Additional connections are subject to incremental fee. You are responsible for ensuring that wireless networking does not violate the terms of service with your broadband service provider.
*6 - Regular hours are from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM EST.
*7 - Evening hours are from 5:00 PM till 10:00 PM EST.
