  Terms & Conditions

This document contains information that pertains to the sales of goods and/or services by InnerVision PC to our customers. This document represents our sales policies and conditions of sale. When a customer agrees to purchase said goods and/or services from InnerVision PC, the customer implies that he/she understands our sales policy and accepts all conditions and terms within said policy.

We urge that all customers carefully read this terms and conditions page PRIOR to purchasing any goods and/or services from InnerVision PC. Once the customer places and order with InnerVision PC, the customer is then bound by the terms and conditions within this document, therefore it is important that the customer fully understands these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated in writing by InnerVision PC, the terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services to the customer. If the customer has a written purchase agreement, signed by an officer of InnerVision PC, in which the terms and conditions differ from the terms and conditions listed here, the information in the written and signed agreement will govern the transaction that the written agreement applies to.

Please note that our sales terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and at any time. Please be sure to check the current terms and conditions prior to placing your order with InnerVision PC.

· Pricing and Configurations. Prices and configurations are subject to change without notice and at any time. At InnerVision PC, one of our goals is to provide to our customers, the latest in PC hardware innovations. We also strive to provide our customers with the best possible prices. As a result of this goal, the configurations and prices of our products change FREQUENTLY. Our website provides customers with real-time price quotes of our products. A real-time quote is only valid for the current user session. Online real-time quotes are only valid at the time of sale. Quotes that were obtained on our website and saved by the customer are not necessarily valid. Valid pricing and configuration information should be obtained at the time of sale.

· Payment Terms. For your convenience, InnerVision PC accepts credit cards for purchases made through our website or via telephone. Available payment methods are the sole discretion of InnerVision PC, and only currently recognized payment methods will be honored. When a customer places an order online through our website, the payment information is verified by our online transaction system. If a transaction is authorized by our transaction system, the customer will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24-hours. If confirmation of the order cannot be established after 72-hours, the transaction is considered VOID, and the funds transferred to InnerVision PC from the customer are refunded. This policy protects InnerVision PC and our customers from fraudulent credit card use. If before the 72-hour period, a confirmation was established, the transaction will be considered ACCEPTABLE, and InnerVision PC will arrange delivery of the products purchased. Once the equipment purchased leaves our warehouse, the sale is considered to be final.

· Products and Services. InnerVision PC guarantees that the products and services that a customer purchases will be delivered within a reasonable period of time. System assembly times can vary based on a number of factors. That is why customers should allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of purchases. Generally products will be shipped within the same week of the order. If problems arise that will delay shipment of a customer's order more than a week, InnerVision PC will contact the customer to let him/her know of this delay. Products and services provided by InnerVision PC are subject to revisal or discontinuation. If a part required to build a system purchased by a customer is either discontinued or has been revised, InnerVision PC will notify the customer of this change and will either (at the customer's discretion) replace that part with the newer-revised part, or replace that part with a similar part of equal value. The products delivered to the customer by InnerVision PC contain only NEW and unused parts. We do not use re-furbished or used parts in the building of our systems.

· Shipping Charges and Schedules. Shipping methods are available for selection by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer may choose from several different shipping schedules and prices. These prices are based on the number of parcels included in a purchase and the weight, size and residential or commercial delivery of said parcels. Our shipping prices are subject to change without notice and at any time based upon the costs of shipping using our preferred distributor. We Do not make any money on shipping therefore you will be charged exactly what we are charged for the shipment of your order. Total Charges will be E-Mailed back to you within 24 Hours.

· Damage or Loss During Shipping. If a product shipped to the customer by InnerVision PC is either damaged or lost, InnerVision PC will take responsibility and at no charge, re-ship to the customer, an identical and new product. A customer has the right to refuse a shipment if the parcel appears to be damaged. If this occurs, the product will be returned to InnerVision PC, and we will at no charge re-ship a new product to the customer. If once the customer has accepted the deliver of the product and signed for it, detects damage to the product, InnerVision PC will pay to have the product shipped back to us, where we can (at our discretion) repair the damage or ship a new product.

· Product Return Policies. In accordance with our Warranty Policy, a product purchased from InnerVision PC and delivered to the customer may be returned to us if it is defective and requires service. During the Warranty period, InnerVision PC will pay to have the defective product shipped back to us for repair or replacement (at our discretion). InnerVision PC will then at no charge, ship the new or repaired product back to the customer.

· Our Warranty Policy. When a product or service that carries with it a Limited Warranty from InnerVision PC is purchased, that Warranty period begins on the date the product was delivered to the customer. When a customer purchases products or services from InnerVision PC, the customer is provided with the opportunity to choose from varying levels of Limited Warranties. · Liability Policy. InnerVision PC will not accept any liability for lost or corrupted data or software, or products not being available for use. InnerVision PC will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any other punitive or consequential damages. The Customer agrees when purchasing products or services from InnerVision PC, that InnerVision PC will not be held liable or responsible for any amount of damages that exceed the dollar amount paid by the customer for said purchases.

· Typographical Errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, InnerVision PC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. InnerVision PC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, InnerVision PC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

· Personal Usage of Products. InnerVision PC sells products and services intended for personal use only. Products purchased from InnerVision PC are not intended to be used for re-sale.
